Privacy Policy

TellingStars ("we") is an early-access project based in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect on this waitlist page.

What we collect now

• Your email address (required) and name (optional).
• Your country and the language you would record in.
• Your one lesson (up to 280 characters).
• Whether you agreed to show your lesson anonymously on a public lessons wall. The default is no.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used only for spam and rate limiting. We do not store your raw IP address.

How we use it

• To email you about early access to TellingStars.
• If, and only if, you opted in: to show your lesson without your name or email on a public lessons wall or in our social media posts. We review every lesson before it appears.
• We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it except with service providers needed to run the site (for example, our web host).

Your choices

• Ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time: [CONTACT EMAIL – TO BE ADDED].
• Withdraw your public-wall consent at any time, and we will remove your lesson.
• Unsubscribe from emails with one click.

Storage & security

Waitlist data is stored on our hosting provider ([HOST/REGION – TO CONFIRM]) in a folder that is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to the founder.

Recordings (future product)

When recording opens, a separate, more detailed policy will cover videos, voice recordings, AI summaries, trusted contacts and release after death. We will never create an AI clone of your voice or face.

Children

The waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.
